Now that I have a tablet I've been really looking forward to pushing the limits of my drawing/coloring especially with realism.

This is my first try at drawing a real person which is why I have a photo reference from Dark Angel. This photo was relatively hard to work from because of the blurry and shady quality (I had to vivid light the photo) but after I gave my sister a selection of celebrities photos to choose from she said she wanted me to try this one so here it is.

This picture was completed after an 11 hour marathon (with sleep in between) which is relatively quick for me recently and overall I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out.

You can probably tell I'm a great fan of depicting facial details and this is also the part which took me the longest to do. The skin took the longest time to do, the eyes the shortest. I absolutely adore Jensen's smoky/shadowy eyes in Supernatural so I sort of brought that over.

I know I should finish my other works before starting new stuff but I get bored so easily ...but the WIP will be completed...before Xmas...mwahaha.

Done in Adobe Photoshop CS with a WACOM tablet.

I'm a huge fan of fan fiction and searching up good fan fiction on a variety of shows, anime, books etc. takes up the majority of my internet time so I've decided to start a fan fic recommendation list on the fanfics I like the most. Here are just a few SPN ones because I'm all for SPN fanfiction at the moment.

Below is a list of my fav stories. I'm a lover of angst and hurt!Dean so don't be suprised if that's what most of them are. These are pretty much my own synopses (unless stated otherwise) so I hope they're accurate coz its just from memory. Most of these are long, multi-chaptered stories...just warning you =p.

'The Man in the Dark' by Rated R

Usually Sam is the brother with psychic visions but what happens when Dean begins to experience strange visions after a near death experience while on a job? Who is the person in his visions and who is 'the man in the dark' this person keeps warning him about?

Comment: I love the Dean angst and the fact Sam's abilities take a back seat for a change. Has a very sweet ending and shows an alternative and very believable side of Dean not elaborated on too much in the shows. The story maintains its interest and suspense evenly throughout.

'Choices' by juicephine, Rated 15+

Dean and Sam are drawn to yet another small town in which there have been a series of recent and peculiar murders. The only clue that these murders are linked and are of the supernatural kind are the mysterious, bloodied, symbols left on the victims' bodies.

At the same time, Sam begins to experience powerful premonitions that follow him into the day time. How will he react when his visions seem to be telling him that the danger has its sights set closer to home?

Comment: I love the story for its very unique and interesting idea about how the power of beliefs. It's a very well written story.

Comment: A lovely when one door closes, another opens fic. I love Sam/Dean AU fics and this is my most favourite alternative universe fic.

Or will he let Dean remain absent of cruel memories, and start life anew? Sam doesn’t have much time to debate, as a vampire has set his eyes on a vulnerable Dean.

A Village of Voices Sequel.

Comment: I still like VoV better but this story is just as Dean-centric, angsty and well-written as VoV but with a gentle, nostalgic spin.

I've had this account for a while now but haven't really done anything with it. I've been hoping to write and post up some SPN fan fiction for a while now but I just can't get motivated with my writer's block...and procrastinating and all.

Anyway, once I figure this live journal stuff out something will be posted.
